Yumi Idomoto is originally from Japan, and the founder of the Best Shape Mama (BSM). She is American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer/Health Coach. She is also a Certified Pre&Postnatal Fitness Trainer by Girls Gone Strong (GGS) and JMG Fitness. She has been training clients from 2016, and has a passion for training moms and pregnant population. She is also skilled with coaching women experiencing PMS, heavy periods and skin problems through lifestyle and mindset changes.

Exercises that make you feel good and more energetic

Yumi's classes focus on strengthening the muscles that beginners tend to be weak, with feel-good mobility movements and stretches. It is a balanced mixture of challenging and fun, and you'll hear a lot of empowering affirmations that you need to feel your best self. Pregnant moms are also welcome, as long as they are cleared for exercise by the doctors. Kids are also welcome but please be responsible for their safety.

What do I need to bring?

・Water
・Yoga mat or beach towel 
・In any outfit that you feel comfortable to move
・Hand towel

No reservations are required at this point. Just pop in and join me!
